16" Treater Station
Compatible with all narrow web label, letter and flexo presses, these stations are capable of single or double side treatment of paper, plastic, foil or metalized film for use with E.B. cured, U.V. cured or water based inks or adhesives.

Retractable 6.5", 7.5", 10" & 12" Treater Station
This new treater is also designed to be the easiest treater available to operate and maintain. The retractable housing make web threading faster, gaps adjustments quick, cleaning of electrodes and treater rolls effortless, and switching from conventional to ceramic electrodes a breeze. Plus, there is no electrode cooling system to constantly keep unclogged.

Unique DiamondMesa Electrode
Stations requiring conventional electrodes come with our patented DiamondMesa pattern. This proven electrode design improves the wettability provided from 10 to 40 percent over any other electrode design. This is particularly important in high watt density applications, such as polypropylene, or high line speeds.
